What Is BOTOX® Cosmetic?
BOTOX® Cosmetic is an injectable neuromodulator made of botulinum toxin that can reduce or prevent wrinkles and fine lines from forming. Neuromodulators work by temporarily relaxing and reducing movement in the muscles that cause wrinkles, which allows the skin to smooth out.
Younger patients can benefit from BOTOX® Cosmetic as a preventive treatment to stop these types of wrinkles from forming in the first place. Patients who already have expression lines can undergo BOTOX® injections to treat their wrinkles.
Dr. Butler has performed non-surgical facial rejuvenation in the Santa Monica area for many years. He brings artistry and a personal touch to each of his injectable treatments.
